About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Belazu. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our mechanical and electrical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize productivity
  • Collaborate with the Engineering team to drive a GOLD standard operation, incorporating Six Sigma, 5 S's, and LEAN principles
  • Contribute to the development of Junior Engineers and provide guidance on best practices
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve KPIs and annual goals
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills and experience in maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment
  • Experience in Engineering within the Manufacturing FMCG sector, particularly in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office and a commitment to ongoing training and development
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and demonstrate resilience in carrying out tasks
