About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Design and Technical Department as a Design and Technical Secretary.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our department, providing administrative support to our Design and Technical Director and other team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Design and Technical Director and other team members, including taking minutes, maintaining databases, and managing diaries.
  • Input data and produce reports and information packs as required.
  • Liaise with third parties to register new developments, obtain appropriate certificates, and energy supplier references.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with team members, suppliers, and contractors to positively influence design and technical processes.
Requirements

We are looking for a real team-player with proven secretarial or administrative experience gained in a fast-moving office environment.

You will have excellent communication, keyboard, and IT skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach.
