We are seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to join our facilities management team in West Sussex. As an M&E Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work on a range of mechanical and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fabric work.
- Conduct emergency light testing, fire alarm checks, and other safety-related tasks.
- Work autonomously, with minimal supervision, to deliver high-quality results.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of health and safety protocols and procedures.
- 18th edition qualification.
- Experience working in an M&E Engineer role or similar.
- Strong communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Awareness and knowledge of health & safety.
- F-Gas qualification (desirable).
- IOSH working safely qualification (desirable).
