Role Overview

You will be involved in significant commercial initiatives across our technological infrastructure, collaborating cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams, including procurement, technology, operations, supply chain, and digital.

To ensure a well-rounded experience, you will also engage in projects related to the wholesale provision of services to MVNOs and other business/enterprise clients, as well as managing corporate, commercial, and financial agreements.

As a key member of the team, you will deliver strategic legal guidance to the diverse stakeholders mentioned above. Working autonomously, you will apply an innovative and practical approach to navigate the legal challenges faced by the teams to achieve our business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Extensive commercial and technology experience with a proven track record in managing complex projects
  • Strong advisory, drafting, and negotiation capabilities with a commercial perspective
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, able to convey ideas clearly and persuasively to individuals at all levels (internally and externally)
  • Essential: Law degree and postgraduate legal qualification, along with legal training and experience in a reputable law firm
