We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team within the Royal Edinburgh and Associated Services (REAS), working within our in-patient Older People's Mental Health (OPMH) Team in the Royal Edinburgh Hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to patients on Eden and Harlaw wards, with the possibility of providing cover for dementia assessment wards and off-site Hospital Based Clinical Complex Care (HBCCC) wards as needed.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop clinical decision-making, risk management, and prioritization of needs.
- Contribute to the delivery of a high-quality and person-centered occupational therapy service, with strong leadership and profession-specific support.
- Develop and maintain effective communication and decision-making skills, with a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary working.
- Relevant experience working as an Occupational Therapist with transferable skills.
