Exciting Welding Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team at Caterpillar Peterlee, a world-leading manufacturer of Articulated Trucks. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality vehicles, working on build/welding fixtures to tight tolerances.

About the Role

  • Work on a variety of welding tasks, including MIG and MMA processes
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to achieve production targets
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and efficient working environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification
  • Experience of working on build/welding fixtures to tight tolerances
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
  • Manual lifting and standing for long periods
  • Previous experience of MIG and MMA processes
