About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lecturer in Animal Management to join our team at Shuttleworth College. As a Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education to our students, empowering them to excel in their studies and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching to groups of learners, ensuring they achieve their academic goals.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative teaching methods and curriculum design.
  • Participate in marketing and promotion activities to attract and inspire future learners.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Provide evidence of high performance in previous roles and demonstrate a track record of working effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements
  • Recognised Teacher Qualification (PGCE, CertEd, QTS) or willingness to attain.
  • Degree Level Qualification in relevant subject or equivalent (e.g. HND).
  • Good standard of General Education to include Maths and English at Level 2.
