Job Description

The Procurement Solicitor will be responsible for a range of key tasks, including:

  • Advising public and private sector clients on non-contentious procurement law matters, particularly in areas such as central government and utilities.
  • Providing expert advice on public procurement matters.
  • Supporting private sector bidders on public procurement.
  • Contributing to areas such as state aid.
  • Collaborating closely with lawyers and Partners in other offices.
  • Supporting business development initiatives.
  • Staying up-to-date on developments in procurement law and regulations.
Requirements

The successful Procurement Solicitor should possess:

  • A background in procurement law gained from another law firm or public sector.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of procurement law.
  • A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
