We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our Group Functions Technology team at Natwest. As an Audit Manager, you will play a key role in supervising the audit engagement team and supporting them through coaching to help them fulfill their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the audit engagement team and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their objectives.
- Develop and implement a flexible and risk-based audit plan that addresses regulatory requirements and provides value to the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct audits and reviews to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Audit Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
