TechNichols Resourcing is currently seeking a skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team at one of their leading automated factories.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to the smooth operation of essential production machinery. You will be part of a dedicated team of engineers who are passionate about delivering high-quality maintenance services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support for all aspects of production machinery, including reactive repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance tasks.
  • Execute planned installations and refurbishments to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
  • Collaborate effectively with other engineers and technicians to resolve complex maintenance issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in a similar industrial or manufacturing environment, demonstrating expertise in electrical maintenance.
  • Completion of a recognized engineering apprenticeship or possession of relevant engineering qualifications.
  • Hands-on experience with a range of machinery and equipment, including conveyors, packaging systems, bearings, belts, motors, sensors, inverters, relays, contactors, PLCs, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • A strong work ethic, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
