Recruitment Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Sales Consultant to join our team at Jobwise Ltd. As a Trainee Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business growth and building strong relationships with clients.

• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive continued growth and expansion.
• Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Candidate Sourcing: Develop a talent pool of candidates that meet the needs of our hiring clients.
• Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate warm leads.
• Client Management: Manage and grow a busy temporary and permanent multi-sector client base across the North West.
• Performance Metrics: Achieve agreed weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Competitive Starting Salary: Up to GBP24,000, plus uncapped commission potential.
