Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Management and Business Administration Assessor to join our team. As an Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Leadership and Management at Level 5 and Business Administration up to Level 3.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality assessments and support learners working towards the Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager and Business Administration up to Level 3.
- Manage your diary efficiently to ensure timely delivery of assessments and support.
- Conduct online remote assessments and face-to-face assessments as required.
- Support learners in developing their Maths and English Functional Skills.
- Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
- Have solid, occupational experience in Management.
- Have a good level of ICT skills.
- Hold a full, clean driving licence and use of a vehicle.
Requirements:
- Experience of delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Leadership and Management at Level 5 and Business Administration up to Level 3.
- Hold a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA.
- Must hold solid, occupational experience in Management.
- Must have a good level of ICT skills.
- Confident to support learners Maths and English Functional Skills.
- Happy to conduct online remote assessments - and face to face when required.
