{"The Role": "At Dreams, we're looking for a talented individual to join our Retail team in Kings Lynn on a temporary 12-month contract to cover Maternity leave. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be a vital part of the store's success, working closely with customers to understand their needs and advise them on high-value purchases.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing exceptional customer service, making our customers feel at home through outstanding service
* Being on hand every step of the way whilst customers browse in store, from greeting at the door to getting to know them and their sleep preferences
* Becoming a Sleepmatch Master, using our market-leading sleep technology to help customers choose the right mattress just for them
* Helping to make the store look its absolute best, from general housekeeping and cleaning to updating displays

The Person:

We're looking for someone with an engaging and positive personality, excellent communication skills, and the determination and motivation to work towards KPIs and sales targets. You will need to be a team player, willing to learn, and flexible, with the ability to commit to working full-time (38.5 hours per week). Our stores are awake 7 days a week, so you will be expected to work 5 out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays.
