Gleeds Corporate Services Ltd is a leading provider of construction services, with a strong pipeline of work across multiple sectors. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be working with a number of flagship clients on a diverse range of projects, including PBSA, Higher Education, Commercial, Retail, Life Sciences, Industrial & Office Refurbishment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough cost analysis and risk assessments to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality services and ensure cost management deliverables meet customer requirements.
  • Settle final accounts and identify new business development opportunities to drive growth across the business units.
  • Support Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives and contribute to the company's success.

Requirements

  • Pre and post-contract experience in quantity surveying and cost management.
  • Strong experience of cost estimating and cost planning, with a good understanding of construction methods and procurement strategies.
  • Excellent IT skills, with a good level of proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Cost X experience is desirable, but training will be provided.
