We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Worker to join our team at Shared Services Partnership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children in care and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct holistic social work assessments to identify risk and need
- Develop and review plans to address and mitigate concerns in a timely manner
- Liaise with health and education professionals to develop support packages for children with complex needs
- Engage with a variety of stakeholders and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Navigate multi-agency systems and processes effectively
- Social Work qualification is essential
- Prior experience of working with children within care is desirable
- Practical skills as a Social Worker will be supported by a working knowledge of relevant legislation
