About the Job

The Business Development Associate team works closely with the Broker Development Management team to ensure seamless execution of service for our Global, National, and Independent brokers across all regions. You will collaborate with third-party data platforms and key internal stakeholders to drive better pipeline opportunities and build strong internal networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with the Broker Development Management team to ensure efficient execution of service for brokers
  • Collaborate with third-party data platforms to drive better pipeline opportunities
  • Build strong internal networks to support brokers and drive business growth
  • Deal with a wide range of queries received into our dedicated mailbox or phone line
