Key Responsibilities- Provide personal support and care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
- Aid residents with emotional well-being and social needs, promoting a sense of community and belonging

- Develop and maintain resident care plans, working closely with the care team to ensure individual needs are met
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant or in a related role
- Ability to work night shifts and engage with residents and their families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of dementia and its effects on individuals
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards this qualification
