About the Role

Job Summary

Enable is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our management team as a Team Facilitator Stirling. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supporting frontline staff to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in managing and supporting teams, who can demonstrate the following skills and competencies:

  • Experience working with adults and children with learning disabilities, epilepsy, autism, and physical support needs.
  • Experience in using person-centered planning techniques and delivering excellent support practices.
  • Strong facilitation skills to encourage staff teams to take ownership and responsibility for the quality of support they deliver.
  • Effective communication skills to work with the people we support, staff teams, families, and external care professionals.
  • Ability to create and deliver robust service designs, support strategies, and risk assessments while managing individual budgets.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload while working under pressure.
  • SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Full driving license with access to your own vehicle for business use.
