About the Role:

KBR is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Control Manager to join our team in supporting the delivery of the Sellafield site's decommissioning programme. As a key member of our Programme and Project Partners (PPP) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of this complex and ambitious programme.

About the Programme:

The PPP has been developed to help make the Sellafield site safer, sooner. The new approach will support the transformation of the company from a nuclear operator into a world leader in environmental remediation. KBR Ltd is playing an integral part in the delivery of PPP, acting as the Integration Partner and leading on the delivery & controls of numerous multi-million pound construction projects.

About the Team:

What You'll Do:

  1. Provide commercial and project controls services to the portfolio of enterprise projects, including the original PPP programme.
  2. Work closely with the Programme and Project Partners team to ensure the successful delivery of the programme.
  3. Develop and implement effective project controls and commercial strategies to ensure the programme is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in project controls and commercial services, preferably in the nuclear or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including project planning, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
