This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Biddable specialist with expertise in Amazon Campaign Management to join our specialist eCommerce advisory service. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer audience and behavior, as well as the ability to provide clients with an end-to-end view of full ecommerce value and identify insights that improve digital availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Build deep relationships with senior client stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor in digital marketing.
- Shape client strategies to align with broader business goals, driving innovation and growth.
- Provide educational support and thought leadership to client stakeholders as needed.
- Create compelling, strategic proposals that simplify complex ideas while meeting business objectives.
- Lead and manage specialist projects, ensuring successful outcomes for clients and the company.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities from existing clients, adding value creatively.
- Motivate and inspire team members, supporting their development and conducting performance appraisals.
- Collaborate with sales on new business pitches, contributing to strategy and storytelling.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the media industry, with a focus on digital media or consultancy, including expertise in Amazon DSP and/or Sponsored Ads.
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven history of contributing to new business pitches and driving business growth.
- Proven experience managing and growing large client accounts.
- Strong numerical, analytical skills, and deep knowledge of market competitors.
- Demonstrated passion for digital media, advertising, and technology, with experience leading and developing account teams.
