About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our Corporate Services team at the Scottish Legal Aid Board. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our facilities management team to deliver a high-quality customer-focused service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the building and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and legislation.
  • Provide health and safety advice and support to the team.
  • Lead the team to deliver a high-quality customer-focused service.
  • Negotiate leases and arrange contracts for our remote offices.
  • Manage the revenue budget and ensure compliance with best practice and national framework contracts.
  • Manage the pool cars and ensure appropriate maintenance and insurance.
