We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Financial Accountant to manage and oversee all finance and accounting operations for Don Construction Products.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and process all finance and accounting operations, including billing, revenue recognition, payments (incoming/outgoing), payroll, and accounts payable.
- Coordinate the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, monitor variances, and prepare timely monthly financial statements.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reports.
- Comply with local government reporting requirements and manage tax responsibilities, including filing and settlements.
- Ensure compliance with group business processes and accounting policies to maintain internal controls.
- Reconcile ledger balances with customer statements, and monitor outstanding invoices to ensure timely payment.
- Work with external auditors and provide necessary information for the annual audit.
- Provide on-site support for administrative and HR leadership, including policy enforcement and personnel management.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant professional qualification.
- At least 3 years of accounting and finance experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting principles and standards.
- Experience with accounting software (SAP B1 is a plus).
