Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the highest hygiene standards are maintained across all non-process equipment areas.
  • Support the operations team during wet and dry cleans to guarantee the appropriate hygiene standards are maintained.
  • Contribute to the implementation of our food safety, quality, and integrity strategy across the Nuneaton site in accordance with MPS.
  • Conduct microbial and ATP swabbing to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain changing rooms to the highest hygiene standards.
  • Assist in hygiene improvement work to continuously enhance our facilities.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar hygiene-based role.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety principles.
  • Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised while ensuring all work is completed within the required timeframe.
