Mental Health Nurse Position

We are seeking a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RMN or RNLD) to join our team at a male high dependency hospital in Portsmouth.
About the Role:As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care to younger males with mental health needs, promoting positive teamwork and community-focused rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities:- Provide individualized care to patients with conditions such as psychosis, bipolar disorder, self-harm, substance misuse, and sexual offending.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD).
- A valid NMC registration with no restrictions.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- A minimum of two years of mental health/acute/PICU/forensic/low-high secure/NHS or private experience.
- Strong team-working skills and a high level of self-motivation.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice.
- An annual salary of £33,176 - £35,596 per annum.
