Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team at PRS, a leading specialist recruitment and search & selection consultancy within the Building Services, FM and Support Sectors.

Job Summary:

As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for providing heating and gas engineering support to commercial and retail sites across Aberdeenshire, Inverness, and Dundee regions. Your primary duties will include completing PPM and reactive maintenance, servicing, and fault finding on boilers, burners, pumps, and valves, as well as hot water systems, water flow and return, venting, heating controllers, wet plumbing, and HVAC plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide heating and gas engineering support to commercial and retail sites
  • Complete PPM and reactive maintenance on boilers, burners, pumps, and valves, as well as hot water systems, water flow and return, venting, heating controllers, wet plumbing, and HVAC plant
  • Service and fault find on occupied sites
  • Perform AHU and fan coil general maintenance
Requirements:
  • Qualified Heating Engineer - Commercial ACS
  • Experience of service and maintenance operations across mobile contracts
  • Valid driving license (no more than 6 points)
  • General mechanical building services plantroom experience

  • Basic salary up to 46,700
  • On call TBC - £115pw standby + x1.5, (Mon - Sat) x2 (Sun) and x3 rates (B/H)
  • 5% pension
