Registered Mental Health NurseWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team of dedicated professionals. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our residents.
Your Responsibilities- Provide personalized care tailored to each resident's unique needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all care provided, ensuring clear communication among the team.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver a seamless and holistic care experience for residents.
- Administer medications safely and accurately, adhering to strict protocols.
- Monitor residents' dietary and nutritional needs, promoting their overall health and well-being.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of safety and respect within the care team.
- Current NMC registration for the relevant client group.
- Proven experience working in a care home setting.
- Expertise in medication administration and wound care.
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional care to older adults.
