We are seeking a skilled Theatre Nurse/Anaesthetic Nurse to join our dynamic team in the perioperative department. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and manage individualized care programs for patients throughout their perioperative journey.
- Work collaboratively with the theatre team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Guide and instruct junior staff, students, and theatre assistants in their roles.
- Deputize for the team leader as needed.
- Practice in accordance with professional codes and statutory requirements.
- Meet objectives set out during personal development reviews.
- Work flexibly within the trust to provide support as needed.
