Exciting Opportunity: MEP Revit Technician

Location: London

We are seeking an experienced MEP Revit Technician to join our client's dynamic team in London and contribute to the delivery of large-scale, international projects in sectors such as residential, commercial, arts, and transportation.

Your Role:
  1. Establish and maintain accurate Revit models and produce high-quality 3D models and 2D drawings.
  2. Coordinate drawing production with other disciplines to meet project requirements and ensure seamless collaboration.
  3. Work collaboratively, both autonomously and within teams, to deliver successful projects locally and globally.
Requirements:
  1. Proficiency in Revit MEP, with a solid understanding of workflows between architecture and engineering.
  2. Experience in creating families, Revit Family Editor, and parametric modelling.
  3. Working knowledge of other CAD packages (AutoCAD, Rhino).
  4. Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health engineering terminology.
  5. Ability to take initiative, work proactively, and deliver high-quality results.
Bonus Skills (Highly Desirable):
  1. Knowledge of Dynamo, Enscape, or scripting languages.
  2. Opportunity to work on prestigious international projects in a truly integrated design practice.
