We are currently seeking a Brand Co-ordinator to join our team on a full-time, temporary basis, covering maternity leave for a fixed term of six to twelve months.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with a background in brand management to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.

You will engage in exciting brand initiatives and projects, ranging from photoshoots to corporate events, while enhancing your expertise and developing your brand management skills.

Role Responsibilities

As a Brand Co-ordinator, your primary responsibility will be to support the marketing team in maintaining brand consistency across all sales, design, and marketing activities.

You will manage marketing assets, facilitate brand strategies, and coordinate pre-production tasks for photoshoots, while keeping the brand diary and event calendar organized.

Additionally, you will handle administrative tasks related to marketing initiatives and collaborate with both internal and external partners on brand-related projects.


Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Coordinating and participating in photography projects for brochures, point of sale, website, and new collection launches
  • Maintaining trademark registrations and liaising with our intellectual property firm
  • Organizing and supporting corporate events that promote the company’s brand portfolio
  • Conducting market research and benchmarking studies
  • Managing incoming invoices for goods and services
Candidate Profile
To qualify for the Brand Co-ordinator position, you should possess:
  • Experience in a brand management role with a focus on coordination
  • Background in marketing administration
  • Understanding of retail operations
