Job Title: Vehicle Technician Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician Trainer to join our team at Atlas Recruitment Group Ltd. As a Vehicle Technician Trainer, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering training material to our clients, as well as coaching and assessing apprentices to achieve their qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for vehicle technicians
  • Coach and assess apprentices to ensure they meet the required standards
  • Prepare and review training materials to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant
  • Work closely with clients to understand their training needs and develop tailored programs

Requirements:

  • Minimum City & Guilds Part 3/NVQ L3 or Apprenticeship in Engineering Maintenance
  • Knowledge of vehicle inspection processes MEI/MOT
  • Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement/Education & Training
