As a Senior Process Engineering Lead, you will have the chance to engage in various projects with international clients and assume a pivotal leadership role within the organization.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Delivering comprehensive studies to decision-makers across multiple business units.
  • Establishing strong relationships with stakeholders, including Programme Heads and subject matter experts.
  • Leading study teams and implementing efficient study delivery methodologies.
  • Ensuring effective management of multi-disciplinary teams to guarantee timely and efficient delivery of engineering work in accordance with customer agreements.
  • Maintaining strong customer relationships, facilitating the development of business, and addressing technical and delivery challenges.
  • Overseeing the technical management of engineering outputs to ensure alignment with agreed technical scopes.
  • Developing capability skills to meet future workload demands and mentoring team members.
  • Planning and executing project and technical audits and reviews to impart learning and experience in line with established standards.
  • Contributing to the enhancement of best practices within the study community.
  • Collaborating with supply chain partners.
  • Ensuring governance and assurance in study work for auditable decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Ideally, a Chartered Chemical Engineer or actively pursuing this status.
  • Experience in project phases from Preliminary to Detailed Design.
  • Development of Hazard Management strategies throughout Concept and into Preliminary/Detailed Design.
  • Experience in Hazard Management strategy development is advantageous.
  • DSEAR experience is also beneficial.
