About the Role

Cobra Coffee, a Starbucks UK franchised partner, is seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving store operations, managing a team of partners, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Store Operations: Execute store operations, including opening, closing, and weekend shifts, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of partners, providing coaching, development, and performance management to drive engagement and improve performance.
  • Customer Service: Champion our mission and values to create a unique customer experience, understanding customer needs, and identifying opportunities to drive store profitability.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and improve store performance.
  • Store Performance: Monitor and analyze store data to identify areas for improvement, leveraging observations to inform decision-making and drive business results.
  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Recruit and develop a diverse team of world-class partners, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet store needs.
  • Initiative Implementation: Cascade and roll out new initiatives to drive operational excellence and business results, ensuring seamless execution and adoption.
