Bright Horizons Day and Preschool Nursery is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Practitioners to join our team as Bank Staff Members.

Your Responsibilities:
- Support Nursery colleagues in delivering a high-quality early years curriculum, engaging children in educational and stimulating activities that promote their development.
- Supervise children throughout the day, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to complete daily tasks, including maintaining hygiene standards and preparing learning environments.
- Promote a positive, safe, and nurturing atmosphere where children feel valued and supported.
What We Look For:
- Full and Relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (Essential)
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and creating enriching learning experiences
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with children and adults
- Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding principles
- Flexibility and adaptability in approach to meet the needs of a dynamic environment
