Supported Housing Service Manager
Compensation:
£31,400 annually - Standard hours are 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday, with no overnight shifts or weekend duties.

Additional Information:

Role Overview:
The Service Manager will be instrumental in leading the Exeter team, overseeing Supported Housing and Trainer Tenancies initiatives. These programs aim to assist individuals with a background of homelessness in the Exeter region. The primary goal is to provide high-quality, person-centered support, ensuring the safety and well-being of each individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic planning, leadership, and direction, ensuring compliance with statutory and organizational quality standards.
- Oversee the daily operations of relevant facilities, including maintenance and safety, ensuring regular inspections are conducted and documented.
- Ensure adequate staffing levels and quality of resources are maintained to meet agreed service standards, managing a robust staffing rota and providing additional coverage as needed.
- Develop and manage monitoring systems to demonstrate service usage and achievements for your team, the organization, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- A valid UK driving license and access to a personal vehicle, with business insurance for travel-related roles.
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of rough sleeping, complex social needs, and the underlying causes of homelessness.
- Proven management experience in a similar environment.
- Ability to professionally represent the organization to a diverse range of individuals, including service users, families, neighbors, professionals, and commissioners.
