Neurodiversity Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Neurodiversity Practitioner to join our team at Practice Plus Group, a leading provider of healthcare services to secure environments. As a Neurodiversity Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of patients with neurodiverse conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop strategies for improvement.
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and staff on neurodiversity and related topics.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities or equivalent experience.
- Substantial experience working with adults with Learning disabilities with a range of clinical presentations.
- Evidence of working Learning disability health within a community or inpatient setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
