**Job Summary**
Insight Select is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team on a temporary basis for a 6-month period. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Hold suppliers accountable to service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure they meet our organization's demand and supply chain strategy.
- Analyze forecast and inventory strategies to optimize supply chain performance.
- Lead key projects that deliver systemic improvements across the category, including process enhancements and cost reductions.
- Monitor and resolve supply chain defects, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
- Analyze supply chain data and review supplier scorecards to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide long-term supplier capacity analysis to inform business decisions.
- Communicate and escalate supply issues related to supplier capability or capacity, ensuring timely resolution.
- Verify that risk and business continuity plans (BCPs) are in place to mitigate potential disruptions.
**Essential Skills:**
- Supply chain knowledge, including forecast, inventory, orders, and service levels.
- Ability to analyze large amounts of information and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong Excel skills and understanding of ERP systems.
- High attention to detail and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
