Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team at PRS, a leading specialist recruitment and search & selection consultancy within the Building Services, FM and Support Sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform hands-on maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of electrical and general building services plant, including M&E, electrical power, distribution, and lighting.
  • Identify and rectify faults, maintain lighting fittings, and replace lamps.
  • Ensure compliance with L8 regulations and maintain stocks of critical spares and other stock pertaining to responsibilities.
  • Conduct water hygiene tasks, including sampling and testing, temperature recording, and associated tasks.
  • Participate in planned and reactive maintenance activities, small works, and other related tasks.

Requirements:

  • A recognized Level 3 grade (or part 1&2) in Electrical Engineering.
  • Ideal 18th edition certification.
  • Excellent verbal, numerate, interpersonal, and computer skills.
  • Personal motivation, flexibility, and innovation to continually develop skills.
  • A good knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation.
