About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Back of House Supervisor to join our award-winning culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising kitchen porters and ensuring that all back of house areas are kept clean and tidy, maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise kitchen porters to ensure all back of house areas are kept clean and tidy
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene standards
  • Complete and archive necessary kitchen paperwork
  • Provide exceptional service to both customers and team members
  • Basic understanding of food hygiene
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £25,000 per year

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - day shift with the possibility of night shift when required. Weekends when required
