Immediate Opportunity for CPCS Lift Supervisor
Our esteemed client is in search of a qualified Slinger/Lift Supervisor to enhance their team. This role offers an immediate start with a projected duration of several months.
Location:
Bicester, Oxfordshire
Compensation:
£23 per hour for weekdays, with time and a half for Saturdays
Working Hours:
Up to 10 hours compensated daily from Monday to Friday
Payment Schedule:
Weekly
Contract Duration:
12-18 months
Parking:
Complimentary on-site parking
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing lift operations while ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations.
- Collaborating with site managers and project teams to effectively schedule and manage lift activities.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety protocols pertinent to the water sector.
- Possessing a strong understanding of lift operations and safety standards.
- Managing and coordinating multiple lift activities concurrently.
- Exhibiting excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrating attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Job Requirements:
- CPCS Blue Slinger/Signaller (all types, all duties) & Crane Supervisor certification is mandatory.
- Prior experience in Water, Tunnelling, or Civil projects is advantageous.
- CSCS Card is a plus.
