Role Overview:
The Senior Sales Executive - HVAC Solutions will be responsible for:
- Engaging in field sales activities to promote a diverse range of HVAC solutions, including renewable energy products and air conditioning systems.
- Focusing primarily on securing projects with Mechanical & Electrical contractors (approximately 80% of time) and collaborating with M&E consultants (approximately 20% of time).
- Managing and nurturing relationships with around 40-50 key M&E contractors and consultants, leveraging both personal industry connections and existing client relationships.
- Targeting commercial projects such as new residential developments and office complexes.
- Overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring all stages are tracked effectively.
- Meeting key performance indicators related to project tracking, continuing professional development, and sales forecasting.
- Aiming for order values up to £250,000, with a focus on larger-scale projects.
The successful candidate will possess:
- A background in field sales within the HVAC or building services sector.
- Experience in selling air conditioning systems, renewable energy solutions, or similar products.
- Established connections within medium to large Mechanical & Electrical contractors and consultants.
- A solid understanding of project construction processes and workflows.
- Proficiency in project tracking and management.
