Requirements

We are looking for someone who:
• Has relevant qualifications and training in line with the new DFE qualifications list, such as NVQ/CACHE in working with children.
• Can offer outstanding support for teaching and learning, with a commitment to making a difference to children's lives.
• Has experience of supporting teaching and learning across the school, from Early Years to Key Stage 2.
• Has a wide range of behaviour management techniques and is able to work effectively with students of all ages and abilities.
• Is flexible and able to work as part of a team, with excellent literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills.
