About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our team at Brown & Brown Europe as a Private Clients Account Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high net worth individuals and families, providing bespoke insurance solutions to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service designated clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and the company's income is maintained or developed.
  • Work closely with other Account Executives and Directors to provide exceptional service to customers.
  • Secure and arrange appropriate insurance cover at renewal, completing all relevant documentation and computer work.
  • Take instructions from clients and Account Executives, and give instructions to insurers.
  • Process mid-term adjustments and declarations, and update records.
  • Handle invoicing of all premiums due.
  • Check documentation for accuracy before sending to clients.
  • Obtain quotations for new policies and renewals.
  • Maintain effective credit control on allocated cases.
  • Be conversant with company procedures and FCA standards.
  • Monitor trends, analyze results, and prepare feedback to senior staff.
  • Deal with client issues, referring to the appropriate person when necessary.
Requirements
  • At least 2+ years of insurance broking experience.
  • Confident in handling quotation enquiries, renewals, and midterm adjustments for high net worth insurance policies.
  • Understanding of insurance markets, products, wordings, and options.
  • Acturis insurance broking software knowledge is an advantage.
