About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer Specialist to join our StormWater Control Team as a Technical Specialist. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our commercial teams while offering direct expertise to engineers and contractors working on large-scale construction projects in the UK.

This role goes beyond traditional engineering responsibilities, offering the opportunity to influence major infrastructure developments through innovative water management solutions. You will play a pivotal role in positioning ACO Water Management as a leader in the sector by navigating evolving regulations and guidelines.

This is a highly dynamic and rewarding position that offers a diverse range of challenges and opportunities, perfect for a driven individual eager to contribute to the growth of a high-performing team in a rapidly expanding sector within the UK.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong Civil Engineering product background, ideally qualified at least to degree level and/or relevant work experience in a civil engineering role. You will be a highly driven self-starter, and a collaborative and motivational team player.

You will have strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and be familiar with geocellular systems and the relevant guidelines. You will also have an understanding of load paths through relevant soils and exceptional presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
