Blue Arrow is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our team in Bracknell. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for supporting the team lead and other team members in all day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory control and cycle counting
  • Goods receiving and processing
  • Goods picking and packing for outbound
  • Meeting SLAs and KPI targets
  • Daily housekeeping and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a warehouse environment
  • Previous experience with WMS systems, particularly SAP/JDA
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills
