Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Concierge Security Officer to join our team at Kingdom Services Group Ltd.
Location: Thurloe Place, London, SW7 area
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £13.15 per hour
Hours: On average 36 hours per week, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 07:00am - 19:00pm
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security and safety of clients and the project
- Provide a concierge service for residential tenants, including signing visitors in/out of the building
- Monitor CCTV and complete notes on client and visitor movements
- Complete visual inspections of the property and ensure health and safety requirements are maintained
- Report any out-of-hours emergency repairs and assist with access and monitoring of contractors
- Complete incident reports and provide feedback to the team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional approach with a balanced sense of judgment and a keen eye for detail
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
- A valid SIA licence and a full five-year checkable employment history
- Own transport required
