Position Overview

We are seeking a Global Mobility Specialist to join our team at Damia Group Ltd. This role is pivotal in overseeing the cross-border movement of talent within our organization, focusing on international assignments and permanent relocations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various business units to implement a comprehensive Global Mobility program that aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Manage operational activities, liaising with global vendors to ensure seamless execution of mobility initiatives.
  • Deliver exceptional service to employees relocating internationally, ensuring their needs are met throughout the process.
  • Consult with stakeholders to align Global Mobility activities with future business strategies.
  • Maintain a strong emphasis on operational excellence and data integrity.
  • Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across multiple regions, including talent management, compensation, taxation, payroll, and external service providers.
  • Provide expert advisory services on all aspects of Global Mobility, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Proactively manage exceptions and ensure adherence to Global Mobility policies.
  • Participate in special projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, reviewing policies, and implementing technological improvements.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Extensive experience in Global Mobility, preferably within an in-house function.
  • Strong technical knowledge in areas such as immigration, taxation, systems, and payroll.
  • An adaptable and flexible mindset, with a keen attention to detail and analytical skills.
