Advanced Practitioner

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our dynamic team at We Manage Jobs (WMJobs). As a key member of our Adolescent Safeguarding Service, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people at risk of child criminal and/or sexual exploitation.
About the Role:
As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be responsible for working with children and their families to co-produce care plans that meet their unique needs. You will work closely with a range of external and internal partners, including police officers, nurses, youth workers, and voluntary organizations, to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to safeguarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective care plans that prioritize the needs of children and young people
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure a cohesive and responsive approach to safeguarding
- Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and partners on child protection and safeguarding best practices
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the welfare and safety of children and young people

Requirements:
