As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our new Children's Home in Bradford, ensuring the highest standards of care and welfare for our young people.

We aim to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in need, nationally. Our goal is to guide our young people towards their chosen destination, whether that be independent supported accommodation or return home to family.
Our Approach:
We believe in treating each child as an individual, with a clear and independent pathway set out for them. Through understanding each young person's unique needs, we employ a bespoke approach to their care, inspiring them to achieve greatness, empowering them to make educated decisions, and keeping themselves and others safe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and care standards.
- Develop and implement effective care plans for each child.
- Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve the best outcomes for children and young people.
- Participate in the on-call roster to support the Children's Home.
Requirements:
- QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare or working towards.
- Excellent leadership skills and knowledge of Children's Home regulations and care standards.
