We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team at ProTalent Limited. As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' payrolls, while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities:- Collate and process payroll data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Run payroll using software, such as Payroll Professional, Star, or Iris.
- A payroll foundation level qualification or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of PAYE, Good Word, and Excel, as well as experience with payroll software.
As a Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for making decisions regarding client payrolls and researching queries related to payroll. You will also have external relationships with clients and internal relationships with members of the accounts and tax teams.
