Business Development Representative

We are seeking a driven and motivated sales professional to join our team at Consultiv Utilities. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential customers across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify sales opportunities through thorough questioning and present solutions that save our customers time, money, and reduce their carbon emissions.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with current and future customers.
- Manage existing customer accounts and renewals to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets and KPIs.
- Accurately complete all customer details and sales information to the required standard on our CRM system.
- Work closely with a Team Manager to maximise all opportunities and represent the business in a professional manner at all times.
- Previous experience in telesales in either a B2B or B2C environment.
- Energy experience is desirable but not essential.
- Confident to approach customers on an outbound basis and able to generate business opportunities with confidence.
- Good computer skills and excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
